Orders are processed within 24 Hours on weekdays after payment confirmation.
Delivery within South Africa usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders of R650 or more qualify for free standard delivery anywhere in South Africa.
For orders below R650, a R89 delivery fee will apply.

3. Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa.
At this time, we do not offer international delivery.

4. Can I return or exchange my order?

Absolutely! Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@pawspaleis.co.za with a photo and short description within 48 hours of delivery.
